Eight years ago my quest to find a hobby began. I had tried everything from racing RC cars to doing magic tricks. Fortunately, nothing that I did seemed to have filled the gap in my life. This was until I started to follow the Film & Photography industry.

 

Fast forwarding about 3 year later, I finally had all the fundamentals of filming, editing, audio production, photography, visual and special effects down. At this point I started to take initiative with my work. I started to create my first short films. These were ranging from short films with friends to random skits.

 

About one year later I was introduce to what I think is holy grail of all things on the Internet, YouTube. Once I was shown this for the first time I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my hobby.

 

Another year later I decided to finally join the YouTube community and put my plan underway with the help of my friend Max. "What was the plan" you may ask? People from around the world have great film ideas in mind. Unfortunately, most people find it too expensive to put their ideas underway.

 

This was when the YouTube channel "JustinandMaxInc" was born. On this channel our slogan was "Making your ideas a reality". Sounds cheesy, but it was true. The JustinandMaxInc channel set out to create user submitted content in order to see what the world had to offer. After about two years into the channel, we had gain around 500 subscribers and about 41,000 views.

 

After this, things started to slow down. People stopped sending their requests, crew members lost their dedication and determination to make films for others, and people started moving out of town. This started to motivate me more, and to continue making people's ideas a reality.

 

Today, I am a freestanding production company & photographer. I start everything from preproduction to post production, as well as working with other company's and crews in order to fulfill the position they need. I am near completion of my first feature film and have photographed lots of different events.

 

In the end, I'm glad that I still get to help people put their ideas In action. Now, what sets myself apart from everyone else? One, everything that is done, will be done all under one roof. This creates a smoother work flow and a faster turn around time. Two, unlike a lot of people in the industry, who are in it for the money, I will always have the passion to make people's ideas a reality.
